One of our own, Alex Rainer, was murdered Thursday April 9th in Denver's Five Points neighborhood. If you live in Denver you may have seen this on the news and not realized how close to home this hit. Alex was a devoted Liverpool supporter through and through, he had been to Anfield multiple times over the years and was a familiar face at the Abbey Tavern in Denver for countless matches.
He was walking his dog at 1pm when he was randomly targeted and shot. He had done nothing wrong.
Alex leaves behind his wife and two children, a three-year-old and a six-month-old. His wife is now navigating the unimaginable. The road ahead for his family is going to be incredibly hard.
His friends have set up this auction, with 100% of the proceeds going to the family. If you are able to, please consider helping them out by bidding on an item.
