Live weekly drawing every Thursday at 7PM.

Drawing Location: Quonset Pizza, 2602 Grand Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.

1. The Queen of Hearts drawing is a weekly progressive raffle game of chance.

2. Individual raffle tickets are $2.50 each. Multiple raffle tickets can be purchased at a quantity discount.

3. Tickets can be purchased at AAUW Preschool, Quonset Pizza, Bally Muck and online at AAUWPreschool.org/Queen-of-Hearts.

4. ALL tickets must be turned in by 6:45pm the night of the drawing. Online ticket sales end at 6:30pm the night of the drawing. Tickets can be purchased immediately following the drawing for the next week’s drawing. Must purchase tickets each week to play.

5. Must be 18 years or older to play, purchase, turn in tickets or win.

6. In order for the ticket to be valid, participants must include: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and number of a valid card on each raffle ticket.

7. Only one name per raffle ticket.

8. Participant’s name must be legible and as it appears on a valid government-issued identification. A shortened version of a name is allowed (Sue for Susan, Tom for Thomas). No initials or nicknames.

9. If a ticket is not filled out correctly or if the label, stamp, sticker or handwriting is not legible, the ticket will be invalid and will be discarded. Labels, stamps and stickers are allowed.

10. Winners will be called the same night after the drawing. The person listed on the winning ticket will have 24 hours to contact AAUW Preschool to make arrangements to verify the winning ticket and receive their prize (Winners will receive a check).

11. Winners do not need to be present.

12. The game uses a progressive jackpot. Money collected each week will be added to the next weekly drawing until the Queen of Hearts card is revealed. One card will be drawn at random each week.

13. Tickets in the drum are discarded after every drawing.

14. One raffle ticket will be drawn at or about 7:00pm every Thursday beginning March 12, 2026.

15. The game uses a Queen of Hearts Prize Board to prevent any chance of “insider information.” The board contains a random card pattern, which is totally unknown to the organizers. The Prize Board is kept at AAUW Preschool in a secure location.

16. Winner will receive 50% of the current Jackpot if the Queen of Hearts card is revealed.

17. Winner will receive 5% of the current Jackpot if either of the Jokers are revealed.

18. Winner will receive $25 if any other Queen is revealed.

19. For all prizes over $600, AAUW Preschool is required by law for the winner to submit a Federal W-9 Form before receiving their cash prize. For prizes between $600-$4,999 the winner will receive at 1099 Form. For prizes $750 and above, winner will receive a W2g Form. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and will receive a 1099 at the end of the tax year to submit with their individual tax return.

20. AAUW Preschool reserves the right to modify the game and the rules in the best interest of the organization and to comply with City of Waukegan ordinances.

21. The decision of the Queen of Hearts Committee on any dispute is final.
