Welcome Bulldog friends and family to the Smith Elementary PTA Spring Auction & Color Run!

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we thank you so much for helping us get closer to our goal. 

All items have been donated by our Smith Staff, PTA, Smith families and businesses throughout our community. Through your giving, we can support our AR reading program, books to fill our very own Book Vending Machine, provide numerous speakers and programs to enhance the education of our students, support the Teacher Grants to provide materials and supplies to our teachers. You also help provide Smith swag to our bulldogs and field day fun for all. None of these things could be accomplished without your generosity and we THANK YOU!!

 

📆 Important Dates

Online Bidding Opens: Monday, April 13th @ 7:00am

Online Bidding Closes: Friday, April 17th @ 6pm

Family Event, LIVE Auction & Color Run: Friday, April 17th 6-8pm

 

❓How To Participate

✅ Register: 

      • To bid you must first register or log in if you already have an account.  This can be done by clicking "Bidder Login" in the upper right-hand corner of biddingowl.com (a direct link will be sent closer to event)

🔎 Browse:

      • All online bidding is done ONLINE.
      • If the item states "Listing Only", you are only able to bid on this item in person at our LIVE auction on April 17th.
      • "Live Event" bidding will NOT be paper bid sheets, and it will be a LIVE in person auction.
      • IMPORTANT please make sure to read the details of each item, especially dates/school year. Some items are for this school year 2025-2026 and some are for next school year 2026-2027. 

👀 Watch:

      • You can "💚" the items to keep them in your "Watch List"
      • Once you place your bid, you will be notified if you are outbid and can manage how you are alerted
      • You can also set an item on "Auto Bid" and set your predetermined maximum bid, for a stress free experience.
      • If you don't want anyone to know who they are being out bid by, you may sign up with an alias or use the name provided.

🏆 Win:

      • This is a fundraising event, therefore, no refunds will be given.
      • PTA will be available to take payments after the LIVE auction closes with cash, check or credit card, OR an invoice will be sent to you to pay by credit card online after the event.
