Thank you for supporting the students and staff of South Elementary! We have an exciting selection of experiences and items available this week, and we can’t wait for you to explore them. All funds raised will go toward PTO-sponsored activities for students, teachers, and staff, including Play Day, field trips, and playground enhancements. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Grade-Level Themed Baskets
Each grade has worked hard to create exciting, themed baskets that are perfect for family fun and enjoyment! Bid on your favorite or collect them all to create lasting memories with your loved ones. Here’s what each grade has put together:

Kindergarten: Baking Basket – Everything you need to whip up delicious treats at home.
1st Grade: Taco Night Basket – All the ingredients for a fun and tasty taco night.
2nd Grade: Fun in the Sun Basket – Perfect items for outdoor play and sunny adventures.
3rd Grade: The Perfect Picnic – Pack up and enjoy a delightful picnic with the whole family.
4th Grade: Camping Basket – Gear and goodies for a backyard or weekend camping adventure.

Community Donations
We are incredibly grateful to our generous community members and businesses who donated gift cards, baskets, and other items to support our auction. Their kindness and willingness to give make this event possible, and we truly appreciate their support of South Elementary.

Please take a moment to look through the list at the bottom of this page, of the wonderful businesses who contributed to this auction. We encourage our families to support them whenever possible, just as they have supported our school.

Student/Teacher Experiences
Our teachers and staff have planned some fun and exciting experiences, including breakfasts, lunches, and outings! Please note that these experiences are for South students only. Family and friends can purchase experiences for a South student, but only South students will be able to participate. 

Reserved Concert Seats, Reserved Parking and Play Day Fast Passes
We have many time-saving opportunities available, including reserved concert seating, parking and express lunch passes for Play Day.

Class Parties and Extra Recess
Every class has special parties and extra recesses up for grabs! These fun experiences are available to purchase for a flat rate, under the "Fund-a-Need" category. Don’t miss the chance to treat your child to a memorable class party or extra playtime with friends.

Bidding opens: March 10th at 2:00 PM
Bidding closes: March 17th at 7:00 PM.

Pickup Details:

  • All physical items, gift cards, baskets, etc., can be picked up on Thursday, March 19 from 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM, during the Spring Parent Teacher Conferences. Please let us know if you need to arrange an alternate pickup time.
  • If you win an experience, the staff member associated with that prize will contact you via email to schedule the experience.
  • If you win a community-donated experience, you will receive instructions on how to contact the community member (for example: Sideline Experience). Scheduling these experiences will be between the two involved parties. 

Payment Information:
To minimize fees, we kindly ask that payments be made by cash or check (payable to South Elementary PTO). 
All items must be paid for no later than Friday, March 20. Monday, March 23, unpaid items will be offered to the next highest bidder. We appreciate your prompt payment!
