Welcome to the 2024 Christmas Bazaar.....

An important part of the Bazaar is the Silent Auction.  This year, all of the auction items will be on display at the bazaar and online. 
Items will ONLY be available for online bidding. No paper bid sheets. Items will be online and in-person with the same numbers. You can bid at the Bazaar, at the silent auction table using our iPads or on your own electronic device, or anywhere on your own electronic device.  An e-mail address is required. 

  • Bid on fantastic items from local businesses and supporters.
  • Assist a terrific school and its students.
  • Help us raise more money than last year while potentially winning amazing prizes.

Let's show our faithfulness and school spirit as we slowly get back to normal.  We hope everyone will bid often and will keep those bids coming!  Remember - this is the biggest fundraiser for the school!

****A few Additional large scale items/baskets will be added by Wednesday, November 6th , be sure to check back on these amazing items! 

Please note:  Bidding is only allowed from supporters of St. Michael-St. Clement School.  Shipping is not an option.

The Rules:

    1. The auction will begin on Friday, November 1st at 12am and will end on Saturday, November 9th at 7pm.  Items will be added daily up until November 6th. Items will be on display in-person during the hours of the bazaar.
    2. Bidders are required to register on this auction site to bid on items as the auction bidding is completely online. 
      An e-mail address is required.
    3. Bidders will receive e-mails from this site for high bidder, increased bid, outbid bid and winning bidder.  Please check your Spam or Junk Mail.  You may also opt to receive text notifications.
    4. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to bid.  And if an item contains alcohol, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed to bid.
    5. Please note the restrictions and requirements in the item description before bidding on an item.  
    6. If there is a restriction or requirement that is not followed, the auction committee has the right to determine the final winning bidder.
    7. Item values are the best estimate of the auction committee.  Item descriptions are to the best knowledge of the auction committee. 
    8. All sales are final and items are sold "as-is".  No exchanges or returns will be allowed.
    9. After the bidding is closed, the winner will receive an invoice from this site for all item(s) won. Please check your Spam or Junk Mail.  
    10. Payment is due at pick-up.  

 

 

Pick-Up:

Item(s) won will be available for pick-up at the auction table at the Bazaar on Saturday, November 9th 7:30pm-9pm AND NOT BEFORE. 

Alternate pick-up will be at the school entrance, 10 Willow AveBaltimore, MD, on Sunday, November 10th from 11:00am-1pm.

Winners are strongly encouraged to pick up their item(s) at the Bazaar, or Sunday morning. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) either of those days, item(s) may be picked up 8:30am-2pm in the school office Monday through Wednesday the week after the Bazaar.  If pick up is not arranged by Tuesday, November 12th, it will be offered to the next highest bidder! 

NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Payment:

Payment is due when item(s) won are picked up.  Please bring identification with you at pick up.  Payment will NOT be online.  Exact cash, check, or credit card will be accepted.
