The online bidding will open at 6pm PST on Wednesday May 7, 2025.
Bidding will close at 9pm PST on Sunday May 11, 2025.
Proceeds from the auction will help support students at Stilly Valley Learning Center in Arlington, WA. Funds raised will be put towards educational field trips and student learning enrichment.

WINNING ITEMS
Items won can be PICKED UP:
- Wednesday May 14th at the Byrnes Performing Arts Center, at the Wizard of Oz Play, from 5pm to 7pm
- Thursday May 15th at SVLC after school from 2-3pm
Most items can be MAILED: All Gift Cards can be mailed. A small shipping fee of $0.75 will be added if you need the item shipped. Some physical items can be mailed as well. Mailable physical items will be noted in their descriptions along with the shipping fee. The auction committee will need to manually enter your shipping cost into your online invoice before you pay.

Prompt payment online right after the auction has closed is very appreciated!
Local pickup winners: Please be sure payment is made by Monday, May 12.
Winners who need items shipped: Please email svlcauction@gmail.com before making payment. We will need to manually enter your shipping cost into the online invoice. Prompt payment after receiving the updated invoice would be so appreciated!
