Nestled in The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor are hundreds of working farms. From their harvest comes the inspiration for local chefs to craft tantalizing meals. From their crops comes the ingredients for brewers, vintners and distillers to invent unique sips and spirits. Tastes of the Valley brings it all together for one night at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA.
After enjoying a sampling of locally-crafted sip and hors d’oeuvres, guests will enter historic Paige Hall to enjoy a five-course banquet. The Last Green Valley has brought together distinguished local chefs to craft “one-night-only” dishes using locally-grown ingredients. Social hour begins at 4:00 pm with dinner to follow at 5:00 pm.
