Education to Protect our Future! Joshua High School, Zachary Hoffman- Impacts 6,000 students
This grant will provide all Joshua ISD Police Officers the opportunity to attend the 2026 Training Conference for the Texas Association of School Resource Officers in Corpus Christi, Texas, from July 5–10, 2026. At this conference, officers will receive specialized instruction and complete training to earn either their basic or advanced proficiency certification through the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO). These certifications represent nationally recognized standards in school-based policing and emphasize best practices in safety, prevention, and positive student engagement. By attending, officers will gain valuable knowledge and skills that directly enhance their ability to protect students and staff, address campus safety concerns, and build strong relationships within the school community. The professional development provided through this training ensures our officers remain current with evolving safety practices and trends, ultimately allowing the Joshua ISD Police Department to provide the highest level of service while fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. Each ticket contributes $50 with a total of 40 tickets for purchase to contribute to this project. Every dollar is so appreciated and we allow partial funding of any of the grants. Please select the number of tickets you would like to purchase and continue to the payment link that you will be redirected to in order to check out. Thank you for your donation to the 2025 Adopt a Grant!
