Thank you for taking the time to check out our auction! This is the 5th event we have done to raise money for the Phillip Trey Lindsey Scholarship Endowment in memory of our son Trey. On May 7th, 2016, Trey graduated the University of TN-Martin wildlife program on his 24th birthday. 2 months later while working a summer job in pheasant research in Nebraska & 10 days before he was to return home to us, we lost Trey suddenly to a blood clot as he was waiting to be seen in the emergency room in McCook, Nebraska. With the way the young people from the UT-Martin wildlife program supported our family during this time, many whom we had never met, we decided to honor Trey's memory and start a scholarship for a program which is building such strong relationships among young people to care for each other like they showed they cared for Trey. Our college scholarships are awarded annually to college juniors & seniors in the UT-Martin wildlife program to help them finish since there are few schoarship options available to juniors & seniors. We are a chapter in the University of Tennessee Foundation.
