
Westgate Elementary School is a remarkable learning community made up of dedicated students, teachers, staff, parents, and community partners. The mission of the Westgate Parent Staff Organization (PSO) is to provide and improve opportunities and enrichment, such as programs, grants for teachers, and field trips for all students in our school.
Bidding begins on Monday, April 20 at 7:00am PST and closes on Friday, April 24 at 10:00pm PST.

Please consider making a 100% tax-deductible donation to the “Fund-A-Need and More / Paddle Raise” section of the website to help us raise money for teacher appreciation.
Instructions for Bidders
- To place a bid, please click "Register" at the top of the page to set up an account with BiddingOwl. Your username and bid amounts will be public to all participants.
- Please read the details for each item carefully including expiration dates, restrictions, etc. These have been clearly stated. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be given.
Payment & Pickup Information
- In order to cover online transaction costs, a 6% processing fee (noted as Buyer's Premium) will be added to all winning bids. This allows for 100% of the bid amounts to be donated to the PSO.
- Items can be picked up at Westgate Elementary on the following days/times:
- Tuesday, April 28 from 5-6pm on the south playground near the baseball field
- Wednesday, April 29 from 3-4pm near the school office
- If you are unable to pickup during these times, please contact westgatefundraisingchair@gmail.com.
- Shipping will NOT be available.
- Anything not picked-up without communication with the PSO will be donated to the staff at Westgate Elementary.
