BIDDING:

• Place bids online beginning Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 11AM through Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 4PM (PST). Check back regularly for the status of the item you are bidding on.
• View all items at once or browse by category. Click on individual items for full descriptions and your bid options. You can bid in increments or select a maximum bid and let the site place your bid for you. You will receive a notification based on your communication preferences when you are outbid.
• An email to the successful bidder will be sent immediately upon close of the auction through Bidding Owl. It will include information about how to make payment online and dates and times for collecting your auction item.
• Items not paid for and picked up by  June 27,2026 will be offered to the next highest bidder. 

Sales Tax Notes: 

• 10% provincial sales tax (PST) on the winning bid price will be added for all liquor (wine, spirits, beer, ciders, etc.) in accordance with BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch Permit# A2026-0005.
• An additional 1.6% will be added to the winning bid price to cover the cost of online payment through PayPal.

2026 FUNDRAISING PROJECT

All proceeds from this year’s online fundraising activities will be used to purchase a Tohatsu high-performance water pump designed for rugged wildfire conditions. This pump will allow firefighters to access remote water sources, quickly fill water tenders, and set up temporary water supply systems wherever they are needed. It also helps get fire hoses to homes and forested areas at risk.

This purchase will improve the Anarchist Mountain Fire Department's (AMFD) mobile rapid response capabilities to wildfires that are threatening homes in the local community and in adjacent communities that request firefighting support from the AMFD. 

50/50 DRAW

In addition to this year’s online auction, the AMFRS is holding an online 50/50 draw. Tickets can be purchased starting April 11, 2026 at www.amfrs.rafflenexus.com. The lucky winner will be announced June 14, 2026 at 4 pm PDT.
