HDS Online Silent Auction
Thank you so much for visiting HDS’ Fall Online Silent Auction! Our Auction goes LIVE Wednesday, October 16th at 12pm and ends Tuesday, October 22nd at 8pm!
This event is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Each class puts together a basket to be auctioned off, and our staff worked so hard to create extraordinary baskets this year! You will find a class name in each description. The class with the highest grossing basket will earn a class party! Our amazing teachers and staff have also donated incredible one-of-a-kind school experiences. We are so grateful for our Lion community and everyone that makes this event possible!
Read over the information below about our auction process.
- Bidding – Visit https://new.biddingowl.com/HDSAuction, create a login, and enjoy bidding from anywhere! You can even set up alerts that will tell you if you have been out-bid.
- Teacher & School Experiences - If you win a teacher or school experience, no physical item will be given. You will receive an email ONLY, with instructions for the experience, and the date it will be completed.
- Payment – We accept cash, checks made payable to HDS, credit card over the phone, in person, or online payment at myprocare.com. Once the auction has ended, please notify us of the payment option you choose. We will need payment before or at time of pick-up of your items.
- Pick Up - We will have a pick up station at our Fall Festival on October 24th 4:30-6:30 or Friday 9am-2pm. From the main parking lot, enter through the main doors next to the gym. There will be wagons available for larger items to be taken to the car. We cannot replace items, so please make sure you have everything before you leave school grounds. No refunds will be given for lost items.
