Welcome to The Gettysburg Choral Society Silent Auction for our Community Partnership Night at Gettysburg Eddie's Restaurant on Oct 8, 2024 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Silent Auction items will be available for bidding, starting on Oct 8th through Oct 11th at 9 p.m.*
We are a non-profit organization, funded 100% by donations from our local community, grants and businesses. All proceeds collected by the silent auction will go towards future concerts and performances, all of which are offered to the public at no cost.

*AUCTION DETAILS
1) SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED for bid items; local pick up only. Items may be picked up after 10/11/24. Please note that pick-up times must be scheduled between auction coordinator and bid winner. Location of pick-up: 257 Highland Ave, Gettysburg, PA.
2) To coordinate pick-up, contact Jessica Knouse at 717-357-2663 via text to coordinate a day/time to pick up items in Gettysburg, PA. Please identify your name and which item you've won.
3) If paying with cash, please make sure to have exact change. If paying with check, please make payments to: Gettysburg Choral Society.
4) A 5% fee will be charged for the winning bid on each item to offset the BiddingOwl fees. We appreciate your support!
