Summer is almost here and so is our annual Silent Auction
supporting our Send a Kid to Camp fundraising campaign!
Both are part of our larger end-of-season fundraising initiative designed to provide our community with compelling and thought-provoking theater and to help instill a love and an understanding of the arts in a new generation of theater makers and theater goers alike.
How can you support the Justice Theater Project in reaching our goals?
1. Attend our Jazz in the Garden Fundraising Gala. Your $60 ticket gains you access to a full dinner, dessert, two drink tickets, live music, and an evening of fun and joy supporting the arts with other theater lovers.
2. Participate in our Silent Auction! Peruse our list here of engaging experiences, fun forays, and great gifts to get your bidding on. The Silent Auction ends at 8:30pm during our Jazz in the Garden Fundraising Gala, but you do not need to be present to bid on and win your items.
3. Make a gift directly to JTP! Your gift will allow us to pay our staff, actors, designers, camp counselors and others equitably while also keeping our camps open to all interested students regardless of financial status. It allows us to seek out and produce professional justice-oriented theater that leaves you thinking and conversing long after you exit the theater.
More About Our Send a Kid to Camp Campaign:
Each summer Justice Theater Project summer camps employ full-time teaching artists, guest artists, and multiple high school and college counselors to create a memory-making experience for hundreds of local children.
At the Justice Theater Project, we believe that theater is for everyone! No child is denied access to our theater programming due to an inability to pay. We provide tuition assistance – up to 100%! – to any camper who needs it to attend. We can’t do it alone, however; your generosity allows us to make this ideal a reality year after year.
