Welcome to the St. Ursula School 2024 Husky Holiday Silent Auction!

Bidding will start on December 3rd and end on December 5th using the following website: https://new.biddingowl.com/sus

In the weeks prior to the auction we invite you to check out the auction website, browse the gifts and register to be a bidder. There is no cost to register. The website is mobile-friendly and works on a laptop, phone or desktop. The Chrome browser on Windows machines works well, if you have difficulties seeing the website. If you notice any errors, let us know by emailing us at SUSsilentauction@gmail.com

General Silent Auction Rules

All sales are final. Everything is sold “as is.” No exchanges or refunds are permitted.
The 2024 silent auction is completely online. All bidders are required to register on the auction site.
All auction items and certificates must be paid for in full by credit card or check. A link to make payment will be sent upon auction closing. Payments by check may also be made in person at the time of pickup.
Values indicated for items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by the school for tax purposes or any other purpose. All size descriptions are approximate.
By his/her purchase and acceptance of the auction item, the buyer waives any and all claims or causes of action against St. Ursula School or the donor of the property or service. Neither St. Ursula School nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage that may result from the utilization of the property or services sold. Neither St. Ursula School nor the donor makes any warranties or representations whatsoever.
No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to bid. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to bid on any item containing alcoholic beverages.
The auction will begin closing at 8:00 PM on December 5th, with one category closing every 5 minutes through 8:45 PM as follows:

Bidding Rules

Each bidder must register on the auction site.
Each new bid must be in whole dollar amounts and must exceed the previous bid by the “minimum raise” listed on the auction site.
Once recorded, a bid may not be rescinded.
In the event of a dispute, the Auction Committee shall have sole and final discretion to determine winning bidders.
Before bidding on an item, please note any special restrictions or terms mentioned in the description of each item

Payment

Payment may be made by check or credit card. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Payments will be made by online. Details to be shared prior to the silent auction closing. Checks will also be accepted in person at the time of item pickup. Checks to be made payable to St. Ursula School.
Items must be picked up in the St. Ursula Parish Office at the following times:
- Friday, December 6th, 2-4PM
- Saturday, December 7th, 9-11AM

If items are not collected promptly, the Auction Committee will offer the item(s) to the next highest bidder. Items must be picked up at the school. No items will be shipped to winners.
