Your Bid or Purchase is a Contract

Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services prior to bidding.

All items sold are "as is". COMA Board neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be held responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, province, or condition of the property.

If you are a winning bidder, you agree to pay the seller the full amount of your winning bid. We will be accepting payment through PayPal, as included on Bidding Owl. A PayPal account is NOT required; an option to enter a credit card appears at the time of payment.

All purchases are final. Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and cannot be canceled.

Values set on auction items are donor stated values, and are not reviewed or confirmed by COMA Board for tax purposes or general value. A winning bidder may be able to obtain an income tax deduction if the amount of the winning bid exceeds the fair market value of the item. Please consult your tax advisor.
