The Torch Relay for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

More than 10 million kids enter a children’s hospital across North America every year. To provide the best care for kids, hospitals rely on donations and community support, as insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has helped fill those funding gaps by raising more than $9 billion, most of it $1 at a time. The Torch Relay for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals supports the mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

The first Torch Relay was a continuous mile to mile relay from Miami, FL to Orlando, FL in 2002.  Since that first mile, The Torch Relay has raised more than $19 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and traveled more than 100,000 miles across the US, with over 70,000 participants.
